ForeverJamaica is a full-service event concierge company based in Jamaica. We plan, coordinate, and execute events of all sizes — from intimate proposals to grand weddings and corporate celebrations. One concierge. One point of contact. Everything handled.
Where in Jamaica do you operate?+
We operate island-wide across all parishes — Montego Bay, Negril, Ocho Rios, Kingston, Portland, Mandeville, and everywhere in between. If your event is in Jamaica, we can make it happen.
Can I hire ForeverJamaica for just one service?+
Absolutely. You don't need to book our full suite of services. If you just need photography, décor, catering, or any single service — we're flexible. We can plug in wherever you need us.
Can I use my own vendors for some services?+
Yes. If you have a photographer you love or a caterer you've already committed to, we'll work with them. Our goal is to make your event perfect, whether that means using our network, yours, or a combination of both.
Do you work with international clients?+
Yes — and this is one of our strengths. Most of our clients plan from overseas. Consultations happen via Zoom, WhatsApp, FaceTime, or phone — whatever is most convenient. You don't need to be in Jamaica to plan your Jamaica event.
Is there a guest count minimum or maximum?+
No minimums, no maximums. We've coordinated intimate gatherings of 2 and large celebrations of 300+. Every event gets the same level of care and attention to detail regardless of size.
Can you help with marriage licensing in Jamaica?+
Yes. We handle the full marriage licensing process in Jamaica, including officiant and minister coordination. Jamaica has specific legal requirements for destination weddings and we guide you through every step so your marriage is fully legal and recognised internationally.
Do you offer site visits or venue walkthroughs?+
Yes. If you're able to visit Jamaica before your event, we'll arrange a full site visit. If you're planning remotely, we conduct virtual walkthroughs via FaceTime or WhatsApp video so you can see every space before committing.

Do you provide itemised quotes?+
Yes — always. Every proposal we send is fully itemised so you know exactly what you're paying for per service. There are no hidden fees or surprise costs. Transparency is a core part of how we work.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major payment methods including cash, bank transfer, credit card, Zelle, and PayPal. We work with clients globally so we make payment as convenient as possible regardless of where you're based.
Do you offer payment plans?+
Yes. We offer flexible payment plans — typically structured as a deposit to secure your date followed by installments leading up to the event. Your concierge will work out a schedule that fits your situation.
Is there a referral program?+
Yes — we believe in rewarding the people who send us their friends and family. Our referral program is launching soon. Mention it to your concierge to be notified when it goes live.
How far in advance should I book?+
- Weddings: We recommend booking 9–12 months in advance. Jamaica is a popular destination and the best venues, photographers, and vendors fill up quickly.
- Birthdays, anniversaries, and private events: A minimum of 3 months notice is ideal, though we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines.
What happens after I submit my inquiry?+
A dedicated ForeverJamaica concierge will personally reach out within 24 hours to discuss your event details. From there, we'll prepare a personalised, itemised proposal. Once you're happy and ready to proceed, we secure your date with a deposit and your concierge takes it from there.
Will I have one point of contact throughout?+
Yes. You'll be assigned a dedicated ForeverJamaica concierge who manages your event from first consultation to the final moment of your event day. You won't be passed around — one person knows your event inside and out.
Is there on-site support on the event day?+
Yes — if ForeverJamaica is booked for planning and coordination, a team member will be physically present on-site for the duration of your event to manage logistics and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Can I make changes after signing the contract?+
Many changes can be accommodated, but it depends on the service and timing. Some services — particularly florals, which are often imported — have order deadlines that make late changes difficult. Your concierge will always be upfront about what's possible.
Do you provide a written contract?+
Yes — always. Every booking is covered by a comprehensive written agreement that outlines services, pricing, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and responsibilities on both sides. You'll never work with us on a handshake alone.
What deposit is required to book?+
A deposit of 20%–50% of your total invoice is required to secure your date and begin planning. The exact percentage depends on the scale and complexity of your event. Note that the initial 20% retainer fee is non-refundable regardless of when a cancellation occurs.
What is your cancellation policy?+
- 6+ months before the event: 50% of deposit refunded (if deposit exceeded 20% of invoice)
- 4 months before the event: 25% of deposit refunded (if deposit exceeded 20% of invoice)
- Within 2 months of the event: No refund
- 20% retainer fee: Non-refundable under all circumstances
If ForeverJamaica initiates a cancellation for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
What happens if I need to postpone my event?+
Postponements are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to partner availability on the new date. Reach out to your concierge as soon as you know a change is needed and we'll do everything possible to accommodate you.
What if I need to change my guest count?+
Guest count changes must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties. If the change results in a lower invoice amount, the difference will be refunded — provided the change is made before the final payment and more than 14 days before the event.
Are you available year-round?+
Yes — ForeverJamaica operates 365 days a year. Jamaica is a year-round destination with beautiful weather across all seasons. That said, popular dates fill up fast — especially around peak holiday periods — so early booking is always recommended.
What if something goes wrong on the event day?+
Our team prepares contingency plans for every event. We have backup vendors, equipment, and protocols in place for weather, technical issues, and unexpected situations. Our on-site coordinator's job is to solve problems before you even know they existed.
